This was taken from the PicoDay Discord Server, this tells me that Tom Fulp has legal ownership of Tankmen now and can decide what is canon!! Tankmen is his baby now! So, he decides the canon and can make money off them while we can do whatever the heck we want with them for fun!!

I know, I was very happy to hear this news!! When Johnny Utah stopped caring about Tankmen, I thought it was just floating in Newgrounds. But, nope, Tom Fulp quietly took it and only revealed he now owns them today! So, the Tankmen are essentially his babies now!
